Book your free 15-minute call.
A relaxed conversation about your goals, where you're at, and whether we're a good fit — no pressure, no sales pitch, just a chance to ask questions.
Fifteen minutes · free · no obligation.
Coaching starts with listening.
Before there's a program, there's a conversation. I want to understand your goals, your history, and what your week really looks like — because a plan that isn't built on that is just a guess.
The call is as much for you as it is for me — a chance to hear how I coach, ask anything you're unsure about, and get a feel for whether we'd work well together. Nothing is decided on the call itself.
What we'll talk about.
Your goals.
What you're hoping to move toward — whether that's strength, feeling better day to day, or something specific you've had in mind for a while.
Your training history.
Where you're starting from. Complete beginner or years in, it's all useful — there's no wrong answer here.
Any injuries or concerns.
Anything I should know or work around. A big part of good coaching is simply not making anything worse.
Your schedule.
How your week actually looks, so we can talk about what's realistic — in person, online, or a mix of both.
Which option might suit you.
A relaxed look at how we could work together, so you know what to expect. Nothing to decide on the spot.
Anything you'd like to ask.
Bring your questions — about training, about me, about how any of this works. This is the easiest place to get a straight answer.
What happens next.
There's no rush at the end of the call — take your time to think it over. When you're ready, here's where things go.
If we're a good fit — the first session.
We book your consultation and movement assessment: we sit down, go through your health history and goals, and I watch how you move. It's where your plan really begins.
Your personalized program.
From there I build a plan around your goals, your schedule, and what I saw in your assessment — not a template pulled off a shelf.
Ongoing coaching.
Then we get to work, checking in and adjusting as you grow. In person or online, the standard is the same.
And if we're not the right fit?
Then I'll say so — honestly and kindly. I'd rather point you toward a better option or the right person than take you on when I'm not who can help most. Either way, you'll leave with a clear next step.
Pick a time that suits you.
Choose whatever works best for your week — the call's on me.
Online booking is being set up.
In the meantime, send a quick note with a couple of times that suit you and I'll confirm within a day — no forms, no back-and-forth.

The hardest part is reaching out.
I know it can feel like the biggest step. But whether we work together or not, I hope you leave the conversation with more clarity than you came in with. That's what the call is for.
